The Under-Water Dual-Carriage Way Project
The decision to construct the under-water Dual-carriage way in Ant City has pros and cons. I will go over these is a short bit but first I want to tell you my reasoning for this. I realised that there is no quick way to get across the water system other than by rail. Cars were left out of the league. Cars would have to go around and try to get through airport traffic. So I decided to build the under-water Dual-carriage way.

Pros:
- Quick way across water system
- Less congested traffic at airport
- A new, bigger hydro-power dam
- Bigger, deeper bodies of water
- More interesting locations
- Potential for beaches

Cons:
- More water to fill in
- Olympic park land area reduced
- Potential ship congestion as need for ship lift needed
